All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than verified manufacturer defects.
By completing a purchase with Epicqtee Hair, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Quality Inspection & Acceptance
All orders undergo quality inspection prior to shipment. Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting their order before altering, installing, or removing any security measures.
Failure to inspect the product before installation constitutes acceptance of the product in its received condition.
Manufacturer Defect Claims Only
We will only review claims involving a verified manufacturer defect.
To submit a claim, you must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
• Provide your order number
• Provide clear, well-lit photos of the product
• Provide a written explanation of the alleged defect
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for review:
• Hair must be unused and uninstalled
• Hair must not be washed, brushed, combed, cut, dyed, bleached, or chemically altered
• Security ties and/or tamper-proof seals must remain fully intact
• Product must be returned in original packaging
Removal of security ties automatically voids eligibility for return or review.
Any product that shows signs of wear, alteration, or installation will be denied.
Non-Qualifying Reasons (Not Considered Defects)
The following are not considered defects and will not qualify for return:
• Texture preference
• Length preference
• Color variance within natural virgin hair ranges
• Buyer’s remorse
• Improper installation
• Damage caused by heat styling, coloring, or chemical processing
• Improper maintenance
Human hair is a natural product and slight variations may occur.
Resolution Process
If a verified manufacturer defect is confirmed upon inspection, we may issue:
• A replacement product
OR
• Store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
By placing an order with Epicqtee Hair, you agree to our no-refund policy and inspection requirements.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue constitutes a violation of our store policy.
We reserve the right to:
• Submit signed policy agreements
• Provide delivery confirmation
• Provide inspection documentation
• Provide product condition evidence
to dispute any chargeback claim.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate financial institutions.
