Shipping policy

At Epicqtee Hair, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Processing Time

All orders require 2–4 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is calculated at checkout based on the carrier selected.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Epicqtee Hair.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Postal service interruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address
• Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment

Orders cannot be modified once they have entered processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Epicqtee Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact your local post office
• File a claim directly with the carrier

We will provide delivery confirmation and tracking information to assist in any claim.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.

Delivery Confirmation & Chargeback Protection

All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• Delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery
• Epicqtee Hair is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier

In the event of a chargeback claim for “item not received,” we reserve the right to submit:

• Tracking confirmation
• Carrier delivery verification
• Order documentation
• Customer agreement to store policies

to dispute the claim.

Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance is offered at checkout, customers are strongly encouraged to select this option.
If insurance is declined, Epicqtee Hair is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping fees may be deducted
• Store credit may be issued at our discretion
